Sometimes life just calls for a smoothie. This one is inspired by summer. I used frozen pineapple, which I bought. Although, it’s a great way of preserving fruits and berries before they go bad by cutting them in pieces and freeze. Perfect for the smoothie cravings later on! The pineapple was great in combination with a banana and some soy milk.
about 2/3 cup / 2 dl of pineapple
about 1/2 cup / 1, 25 dl of soy milk
1. Blend everything together.
2. Top with some pineapple.
